I have completed the installation process of Exchange Server 2000. I have read 4 sources ExSrv2K Black Book (very clear, but did not work) ExSrv2K Bible (kind of confusing) and two others... Even went to Microsoft web site at URL: http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/techinfo/deployment/2000/e2kinternetconfig.asp

I follow the instructions on the link above, however it didn't work... can someone ilustrate me step by step on what do I need to do for my server to run propertly?

The MX record to the DNS is it pointing to your exchange server IP? And if someone sends an external mail does he recieve any ndr or no? If yes what does it say?
