Can't receive inbound mail from if I send from Internet - 22.Sep.2001 4:40:00 AM

I had just setup the E2K dor myu company mail. But I'm having a problem here where, I can send and receive mail internally but when I try to use some external mail (eg:hotmail,mailcity,Attglobal & etc) i can't send the mail to my company email that I just setup. It bounce back with this mesg "This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
ivan.chen@azure.net"
Can I get some idea from you all. What's is the problem? Is it my DNS settings?? or something else?? If it is the DNS setting's prob, can i get some guidance where to start?
