We currently moved from a DSL line to a T1 line. We have an in house 2000 server with exchange 2000 on it and having another server filtering it with GFI email essentials. However during this change, almost everything works (ie. Internet, Intranet, Sending of Email) except the Incoming Emails are not being received. I've added the DNS to the AD & GFI. We made the following changes to the MX records and reverse DNS.

MX record xx.xx.xx.154
Reverse DNS xx.xx.xx.154 resolves to webmail.oursite.org
Toplevel domain oursite.org

We changed our MX records to reflect the config for the T1 line. We have a secure works iSensor that is monitoring the connection and we can see email outgoing but Im not able to see the incoming email. We also changed the reverse DNS to reflect the T1 change as well. Is there anything that would be missing or overlooked after these changes were made?

Side note: When we put it back on the DSL and reconfigure everything back to the DSL, everything works fine and we can send and receive emails fine.
