Hi all. We're running Exchange 5.5 on NT 4.0. We have a user running Outlook 2003 and cannot view attachments sent from an OWA user. The paperclip icon does not show up to indicate an attachment, but there is some text <attachment> at the bottom of the email.
When the user forwards the email back to herself, the attachment shows up fine.

Can someone please help?
