Hello,

Exchange 2003 running Windows 2003.

When users hit the "logout" button user gets prompted to authenticate again.  If you put in user name and password, it just prompts again.

Everthing else seems to work great!

No

It is supposed to take you to a page that says "To complete the log off process and prevent other users from opening your mailbox, you must close all browser windows and exit the browser application."  Not to a login prompt!

Not if you´re running Forms-based authentication. Then you return to the login page like Martin says.

Only if using forms-based authentication on the Exchange server, if you use forms-based authentication on an ISA server you will get:

"You have been logged off from Outlook Web Access."

Revive an old topic...

I have client using OWA 2003.  Forms Based auth is not in use.  When they click LogOff they are prompted with the credentials pop up window.  This seems like a permissions issue somewhere in the virtual direcotry tree but I am unsure where..

Thanks!
