Can Exchange act on Header information - 15.Apr.2004 9:58:00 PM

I have a customer SMTP server in front of my Exchange server. It scans all incoming email and adds a rating field to the header if it judges it to be spam. I would like the Exchange server to read this header and perform actions based on the spam rating.

I don't see a way to do this natively with Exchange 5.5 or 2000. Does any one know differently?
