We have one exchange 5.5 server in site-A. And we are going to merge a new company in site-B that have no mail server. site-A & site-B have different NT domain. Now we deside to install new exchange 5.5 server to site-B and want to user the same E-mail domain "e.g. @xxx.xom". Is it possible to config that two exchange server to achieve that ? Please comment ...

Yes, this is the most common scenario for a multi site organization. You will need a connector between the sites, and directory replication. Once that is in place, Exchange will know where to route all messages.

Make sure when you build the second server that the Org name is identical, including case. Then as already stated install a connector, X400 probably, then add a dir-rep connector. Pat.

Yes make sure that you use the same organisation name (the NT Domain doesn't matter). If you don't use the same Organisation name you have to set up an x400 connection and it's not easy to do an directory sincronisation

Regarding Exch 5.5 and E2k Dir Rep, you would have to create an Active Directory Connector so that the Exch 5.5 Directory can "talk" to Active Directory; and vice versa, if you want. That implies joining an E2k box to an already existent Exch 5.5 Organization. You can do it the other way too, join an Exch 5.5 Server to an already existent E2k Organization, but the first method is easiest.
