I know if someone replies to a message they can edit the message they are replying to so it looks different etc. What I am curious about is can someone edit and save a message already stored in an Inbox (or sent items).

We have an account that was disabled, and another user was given access to the mailbox (Full mailbox access), I know they can delete email with these permissions, and read it, but we are wondering could they change the content of an existing message?

Hi,

I think it's possible, we have a program which imports mail from a mailbox. Sometimes a corrupt attachment is attached to the e-mail and we can remove it and save the mail.
