Hi, i m very new to exchange n i am doing a exchg 5.5 now. One of the public folder sub folder has suddenly dissapear ( no one admit about deleting). How can i trace this activity? and beside using the file from a backup, can i restore it back  from exg 5.5 itself?

if you have exchange 5.5 with sp4 then you can use pfdavadmin tool for recovering deleted public folder

How to recover deleted public folders or items that are deleted from public folders by using the PFDAVAdmin tool in Exchange 2000 Server or in Exchange Server 2003

The above article says for 2003 or 2003 but it also work for exchange 5.5
