Can not Connect to Internet Mail?

I have installed exchange server 5.5 and connected all LAN users. Local email is working successfully.
Then I have installed IMS connector and defined according to the help messages. I also install RAS connector as they instructed. I have configured the DNS provided by my ISP. I dialed the ISP (using dialup) and nothing happen.
Also I added Internet mail service to the user and tried to connect to exchange server for Internet mail.
Error message appears " You could not be logged on to mail server: server name, Be sure your account information for this server is accurate. If the problem persists, contact your Internet Service Provider."
Note that I can connect to Internet and collect my mail using outlook express without any problem.

Just Disable your DNS entry in the network TCP/IP properties and try.

DNS was already desabled for the users. Are you talking about the server's DNS?
I think my IMS is not defined properly.
