Can not Recieve Mail in Ex2K - 1.Apr.2003 12:50:00 AM

I have a new exchange server setup at home on a static IP. I can send from it fine but can not recieve POP3 mail from my outlook express client. Everytime I sent a mail to it such as sgillett@gillett.org I get the following error back:

Dude,

I get the same thing almost I can send out to the outside world BUT when I goto reply or just send one I get this message....The original message was received at Sat, 5 Apr 2003 08:30:39 -0800 (PST) from flamingo.mail.pas.earthlink.net [207.217.120.232]
