Hi folks,
I have installed Exchange 2000 on Win2k Server Domain Controller with SP4. The latest security updates were also applied to the server before installing the Exchange. (From Windows update)
After completing the Exchange installation it turns out that it is impossible to create public folders thru the system manager.

In general:
1. No security issues are involved in this case (GPO)
2. I'm using the administrator account with full permissions.
3. No error message is displayed within the "Event viewer".
4. I can create the public folder when using the Outlook. However, I can not see the same created folder in the system manager�
5. The Exchange installation passed smoothly without any interrupt.
6. I've done the this procedure before - but not with SP4
7. Everything is OK with the user accounts or the OWA. Just the Public folders.

Any ideas?
