After moving the mailbox to 2k7, I'm receiving email from internal/external sources, but unable to send email internal (to myself 2k7) or other users (2k3 server), as well as sending it to the internet.  Any help will be greatly appreciated...

hi,

Do you have send connector, it might be silly question just want to know how the configuration you did.

Any NDR on the sender end.

Any information you are getting in message tracking?

I have a send connector per article http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb738138.aspx.   I receive emails fine from internal and Internet.  But,  When I send email to internal or Internet, the emails disapear.  They showup on my sent items, they show up on my Blackberry as sent, but I never receive them internally or on the Internet account (e.g.  I email myself on the exchange and cc my hotmail account.  The messages do not show on the queues, never arrive and no NDRs.  I have the DNS configured just like my 2k3 server (internal servers forwarding requests toi the internet for external addresses, and resolving it internally).  I have a mx and A record for the new 2k7 server on the internal dns as well as the external dns registration.   Any ideas?

When I send email to internal or Internet, the emails goes to Outbox, then, they showup on my sent items, they show up on my Blackberry as sent, but I never receive the emails internally or on the Internet account (e.g.  I email myself on the exchange and cc my hotmail account).  The messages do not show on the queues, never arrive and no NDRs.  I try tracking, all send/receive loggings are turned on, but no trace of the emails I send.

I telnet fine, messages are sent from Outlook 2k3.  BB only receives the email that was sent.

Thanks!

Users send emails, but emails never arrive internally or externally.  The messages do not show up on any queues  on Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007.  The only place you can see the messages after they been sent is on the Sent Items folder.  That goes for users with or without BB and for the purpose of this discussion all emails are sent and received from Outlook 2003.

Thanks!

hi,

it is really a weird scenario for me...
even if you test through OWA does it behave same as like we have with BB and outlook.
which are the third application we have on the client end. if possible do you have any test machine without any third application like antivirus etc and create one test account and configure a outlook profile for him and test it out.
