I'm in a rut.. I am about to involve myself into a legal battle "[Frown]"

Can someone indeed verify here that this link syntax from OWA is someone either a)attaching a document or b) sending the attachment?

I've blanked out the addr and username to protect both sides.

Looks like Exchange 5.5 OWA.
And someone is attaching a file to an email.
located in My Documents.
