For example, someone wants to book meeting room No1. But this room has no projector. When booking, can you make Outlook generate a warning "This room has no projector"?

Access the room in OWA --> Options --> Resource Settings --> Response Message and then type your message. Or to save on traffic you could put (no projector) in the display name.
