Some (but not all users) cannot delete messages when accessing their mailbox via OWA. They have no problem deleting when accessing their mailbox via Outlook client. Technet suggested mailboxes over the size policy limit may have this issue in OWA, and also mentioned refresh issues. After review, neither of these appear to be applicable, this happens even with a test mailbox well under our size limit.

The mailboxes are on Exchange 2000 SP1 on W2000 SP2. Our web access server is Exchange 5.5 SP4 on W2000 SP2 (it is scheduled for update later this year). I am trying to find out what the next steps might be in diagnosing this issue.
