I need some serious help. I have wracked my brain and cannot figure out why this is happening.

All external email that is incoming is being rejected with the following messages:

421   Service not available, closing transmission channel (This may be a reply to any command if the service knows it must shut down)
450   Requested mail action not taken: mailbox unavailable (E.g., mailbox busy)
451   Requested action aborted: local error in processing
452   Requested action not taken: insufficient system storage

I am completely lost. Anyone have any suggestions??

Hi,

Please check the following:

- check the event logs for error/warnings
- check the system for enough available space on the disk and memory

Please post the results.
