Status: offline 		So my OWA website works fine, but when remote users login in to my VPN they can't resolve the site address; when the VPN is connected at a remote site, the remote user can only access OWA through a local IP, any ideas on how to fix this?

Your help is much appreciated.

It is a networking issue, not an Exchange issue.

Status: offline 		check the DHCP settings for the VPN to make sure that they are assigned the correct DNS server which can resolve the exchange OWA ip address
