Hi,
I have two exchange 2007 servers : one exchange 2007 in LAN in exchange 2003 organization is configured as a mailbox role, transport role and client access role, the second is placed in DMZ zone
When i launch synchronization, i receive a success message for configuration synchronization
but when i try to sent a message from a mailbox from LAN server, The message is blocked in Queue message in transport Hub server, after we receive a message
with "#550 4.4.7 QUEUE.Expired; message expired ##

About SMTP connectors, we have to connectors added automatiquely after subscribing Edge server
two others connectors are created in exchange 2003 routing group.
When i check edge server Queue, i have any message it'is empty

Did you remember to open port 25/TCP in the firewall between the Mailbox and Edge Transport server?
