I get the following error message when I try to expand
Public folders
>in system Manager: The object is no longer available.
Press F5 to
ID no: 80040E19
Exchange System Manager I have check all the setting tcp port 80 etc done all the microsoft fixes still does not work however I think the problems is in IIS service manager I have error message on the public folder a RED stop error. How do I clear the red stop error. It seems like once i get that cleared it should work.

You can't expand the PF hierarchy or the PF information store?
