I've got a fresh installation of Exchange 2007. Yesterday it was working fine but over night for some reason the databases have unmounted themselves. Trying to mount them again in the Exchange management console just gives an error:

ERROR:
Exchange is unable to mount the database that you specified. Specified database: 70ce1f8b-f503-4426-993b-b2e077706146; Error code: MapiExceptionNoAccess: Unable to mount database. (hr=0x80070005, ec=2147024891)

Creating a fresh database succeeds but still won't mount.

The existance of "NoAccess" in the error suggests something to do with permissions.... Are any special permissions required on the file/folders that the database consists of? This is a default installation of the software so I wouldn't have thought that I'd need to be tweaking at that level....
