I have created a public folder for our contacts. I would like to create categories for these contacts (customers, suppliers, partners etc.) which are available for all to see and use as new contacts are created.

I have tried this, but when I create a new category (from within my Outlook client), I see the new category, but no one else does. Next to the new category, it mentions that it is not part of the main category list.

Any ideas how and where I can setup new categories for my new contacts for everyone to see...
