I have a printer that has scan to mail function. It was working fine a few days ago, but has stopped working all of a sudden. I thought it was a printer problem, because all my other printers send mail fine. I checked in message tracking, and could see the mail was being sent, "SMTP Store Driver: Message delivered locally to store to shaun**@****.**.**"
I go check outlook and cannot see the mail, is there something else i need to check?

Yes, as uemurad said you got to break it down and bring it to a point where the problem lies. Refer his blogs. I would prefer you go from Blog 1 to have better understanding though 3 and 4 has what you need to check
