We are moving from Domino to Exchange 2013. In Notes, we had Division mailboxes set up as users. I migrated those mailboxes over to Exchange but now would like to change them from a user type to a shared mailbox. I have tried theSet-Mailbox xxxxx -Type shared powershell command, but I am getting an Insufficient access rights error. We set up our Exchange environment with split permissions. The account I'm using is in the Organization Management and Recipient Management role. I have also checked that the inheriting permissions box is checked in AD. We are using Exchange 2013 on premise. Any other suggestions on what to check?
