Hello,

I recently installed exchange 2013 in a coexistence with exchange 2007. It's been 3 weeks I'm running in coexistence and now I'm ready to move all mailbox, public folder etc...

My question is: How can I change the character set from UTF-8 to Western European (ISO)? I tried trough the shell didn't work, on the exchange admin center I do not have in mailflow remote domain option to change it.

Is the answer could be because I still have exchange 2007 and exchange 2013 dont enable this option?
