I configured my activesync policy and enable mobile sync, when I try to sync my mobile phone I get the following message.

Your account in Exchange Server does not have permission to sync with your current settings.

Can mobile sync in 07 configure like in 03 without using certificate and over port 80.

Thanks

I believ your problem lies in the fact that ActiveSync is NOT selected as one of the methods of accessing your e-mail in Exchange 2007. Check your access methods (for your user name) allowed through the EMC.

Your second question about not using SSL. Why would you ever want to send credentials in the clear. This is very dangerous. You can deploy your own CA and issue certs to your Exchange environment and trust the root CA in your WM device.

Do not think about using un-encrypted connections.
