Folks,
We are trying to troubleshoot some journaling messages that are being sent to our server in the EU and getting stuck in the queue.

We have an Exchange 2007 sp1 server in the US and EU.

We are using a 3rd party that we journal our messaages to with a secure IP connection to that site - the journaling company only accepts meswsages from the IP of the US server.

We have confirmmed no journaling is configured on the EU server only the US storage groups.

Cannot figure out why the messages are getting stuck in the EU mail queue.

The vendor suggested turning on "Verbose Logging" on the US server - I am not familiar with this and do not want to fill up the drive on the production mail server.

Any thoughts or suggestions.

Thanks.

JJ
