With Exchange 2010 journaling, you can copy all incoming and outgoing emails to a specific mailbox. However, the actual email becomes a eml attachement to a journal message. Is there any way to configure journaling so that the message is copied as is, not as an eml attachement?

Hi,

When you set up journaling, by default you have to receive these e-mail sent to the audited account as if it were a normal email.
Have you tried entering at your OWA to see how viewing these emails?
