I have 5 mail enabled public folders on my Exchange 2003 system that are holding all the information out of a rolodex. Name, address, phone numbers, etc.

I would like to have these folders listed under each users' contact list so that they don't have to navigate down into the public folder heirarchy to locate the list they need.

I have found this site that has a script that will copy from a folder to the default contact list but I don't know enough about scripting to modify it to my needs. Would like to just copy an entire public folder to be a sub folder of the contact list for each user.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sam

It doesn't sound like you want the data copied from the PF to the Mailbox folder. If you do then simply use one of the solutions from www.diditbetter.com for synching (no Exchange based solution).

If you just want them referenced then use the Outlook client to have the PF appear as an OAB and change the search order in the address books so that the PF comes up first.

Check your Outlook, it's a client side function.

Ok, I'm going to look in to the Diditbetter solutions. Thanks for the link.
