I have a user who tries to move an email to her archive folder by dragging the email from her inbox the dropping it into the archive folder but gets the following error message archive.pst could not be accessed ive checked the permissions which seem to be fine and the archive.pst file is only 70MB. any ideas why this is happening thanks in advance
May be your pst file is badly corrupted or damaged.You can use Inbox repair tool. To run Inbox repair tool fallow the steps:

may be your friend should back up all your data and run Scanpst.exe for outlook pst repair as I think archive has gone damaged somewhere. If not you should try to reinstall Outlook, may be this would help!
