Custom prompt major problem - 25.Sep.2012 9:20:29 AM

Greetings.

Data:

SBS 2011, all updates applies, Exchange 2010 SP2/rollup 4, UM role enabled.

Everything works fine, normal mailboxes, including user voice mail, connection to Lync etc.

UM not encouraged on SBS2011 but mailboxes very few (less than 15) on modern hardware and plenty of RAM.

Problem:

Only VERY small custom prompts allowed on AA.

Format is ok (PCM/8KHz/16bit).

Tried WAV and WMA.

Although I cannot pinpoint the exact size limitation, seems that I have been successful with 64KB prompt but unsuccessful with... 80KB prompt. You realize it is a major issue, no real message can be recorded.

The error that pops up is that "The WinRM client sent a request to the remote WS-Management service and got a response saying the request was too large."

I have tried editing various WinRM properties like "MaxEnvelopeSizekb" or "MaxBatchItems". No success.

I have tried enabling the prompts through (administrator) PowerShell (using Import-UMPrompt and Set-UMAutoAttendant). No go, same error.

Help please?
