Does anyonehave the steps for this? i cant find any official steps?

Im on ex2010 sp1

As I understand with an odd number of nodes I dont have any witnesses and if the main datacenter goes down and i lose 2 nodes I lose quorum.

Anyone got a procedure for the failover?

With SP1 things are fine now...
Why don't you have Witness, how is it working in case of fail over?

SP1 just means you can use DAC mdoe with only 3 nodes I believe

But you still wont have a witness if you have an odd number of nodes and you still will lose quorum in case of datacenter failure
