Good Morning All -

Is there a way to reset the DSN counter in Exchange 2007 sp1? We have recently setup SCOM 2007 R2 to monitor Exchange. I keep rec'g the "Failure DSNs Total on Exchange server HUB01 is greater than the configured threshold" alert. When I take a look at the DSN's on that server, total Delivered DSNs are 385 and Failed DSNs are 3631. The numbers are not moving at all, so I am thinking the DSN counter is not getting reset properly. When should the counter get reset, if at all and can I manually do it to see if there truly is a problem? Thank you in advance for your help.
