Daily reboot of WM 6.1

I sync my WM 6.1 with a Exchange Server 2007 (with Windows Mobile GPOs, e.g. min. PW length, etc).

Since I sync my mobile with Exchange 07, I get a message on the phone to restart it. I recieve this message daily.
When I will sync a WM 6.0 Device with my Exchange 07, I don't recive any message for rebooting my mobile device.
Whats wrong with my Windows Mobile 6.1 Device?

Does the message on the device tell you why a system restart is required?
Have you hard reset it recently?
I suspect a policy is trying to be applied, and for some reason it is failing.

Yes, I did a hard reset on my mobile phone but the problem still exists.

The message tell me, that new policies are written down to the mobile device and I have to restart the device. But there aren't any changes on policies for a few weeks.

But we got this messages since we have changed our policies. It could be, that one policy is failing. But how can I find out, which policy is failing? Trial and error?

If you have made a change to the policy and that is what caused the problem, then I would have to suspect that the policy isn't taking effect correctly.
As you can only have one policy per device, I would suggest recreating the one for your device and see if the problem continues.
