Can a EX2K7 database that was used on a stand alone sever be moved/copy into new SCC environment???

Although I don't think I've tried that specific combination, the database portability feature of E2K7 allows a mailbox database to be mounted on any server in the same organisation, so you should be ok to use this technique.
