I am in the process of delegating permissions in our AD environment. I am working on a way to create three delegation groups concerning mailbox administration.

Group One will be allowed to create and administrate the mailbox

Group Two will be allowed to ONLY ADMINISTRATE a pre-existing mailbox's attributes.

Group Three will only be allow to view the mailbox's attributes.

My problem is trying to figure out how to give the right permissions for Group TWO. I can't seem to figure out the right combination of permissions to give. I can't seem to prevent this group from creating a mailbox when giving them read/write permissions.

Any help is appreciated.
