HELP!!!

I am at 95% of disc space on one of my virtual nodes. I have an stm file from May14th that is 22GB and an EDB file that is 90GB from May 30 in the exchsrvr directory...cant I delete this since I have a full backup from last night

Those are your live mailbox database files. You cannot delete them. Well you could, but you'd be really sorry immediately afterwards.

The timestamps reflect the last time the physical file size changed, not the last time messages were added or removed.
