Greeting Experts and Good Morning

I have completely emptied the 2 Information Stores (1st Storage Group) of all mailboxes except for the system mailboxes. Now I am ready to dismount these stores, delete them, then delete the databases. Then recreate the 2 stores.

My question concerns the System Attendant Mailbox.

Should I restart the System Attendant Service right after I delete the stores? Will this put the System Attendant Mailbox in the Second Storage Group (1st Store)...... Or wait until I recreate the 2 new stores THEN restart the System Attendant Service?

Or am I missing/misunderstanding the correct procedures?

Thanks!

Hi,

You can do this:

1) Dismount the store.
2) Deleted the edb and stm files
3) Mount a the database again

At that point it will create a new set of Database files with the system attendant in it.
