hi all,
Some of our clients are complained that they get below listed error when they send email to the distribution list.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:

Your message wasn't delivered because of security policies. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you.
Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

Diagnostic information for administrators:

Generating server: YYYexch2k7.yy.com.yy

user1@xxx.xx.xx

mail.xxx.xx #554 5.7.1 Message refused by FortiGuard-AntiSpam because it contains one or more banned URI's. http://xxx.xx.xx This is an automated message from the mail system. This email has been rejected. The email message was detected as spam. ##

We are not used Fortiguard antspam in our org.I dont know form where this message is generated.
Checked my smtp logs cannot find anything there.

I think the message is coming from your clients (the recipient organization)! They may be using Fortiguard as their spam filter. What URL is this message talking about? What happens when you send to the same distribution list without the URL in the message?

Do multiple clients (different domains) receive the same error?

Thanks 4 ur replies.
@ Rusty..yes we got this complaints from different domains and even from a gmail client.

@ blackman..the url it is taking about is our domain name.I am not sure that the fortiguard is used from client side b'coz we got this complaint from different domains and from g mail client.
