Hi All

I configure my exchange server 2003 std with sp1 with published with a Real IP . Exchange installed on DC and it is behind the ISA 2004.

the problem is that, when I am going to send the messages to any one from above scenario the messages are delaying by 1 hour/2/3/4 hours some time days and now from last week I couldnot received the mails. I called to ISP but it failed.

Help out!!

Hi Abdul,

Download the Exchange troubleshooting agent, to assist you in this.

further to our discussion, it is a new setup or old setup that mails are stucking in Queue.
Open you event viewer in exchange server and over there you can see the error messages. post those messages.

hi all
Send test e-mail message: Cannot send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 452 4.3.1 Out of memory

Any reason why you are not on Exchange 2003 SP2? SP1 is very old, SP2 is over two years old as well.

Email delays should not be occurring. Are you trying to send email out directly via DNS or via a smart host?
What else is on the machine?

Have you run the Exchange Best Practises tool from Microsoft to see if there are any problems with the setup?

Hi All

I installed GFI Antispam software (trial version), when I am going to send the mails from yahoo/hotmail or any doamin to my company mails the following messages is sending with the subject.

- - - Sending mail server found on zen.spamhaus.org---------
