Try UPromote from Utools.com. Product works changing a NT 4 BDC server running Exchange 5.5 to member server status which was subsequently upgraded to Windows 2000 but still running as a NT4 domain.

Support from Utools.com is very good as well

UPromote is great but buy it from Purenetworking.net its cheaper than Utools!
