Hi Guy, I don't remmeber to add any value in the Heartbeat interval. The key is HKLOCAL_Machine\System\CurrentControlset\Services\Massync\Parameters - HbiAlertThreshold Dec value = 1 - HbiSampleSize Dec value = 1680 - MaxHeartbeatInterval Dec value = 690 - MinHeartbeatInterval Dec value = 480 What is the recommended value, is there any link for best practiceses? Thanks

123raghu: thank for the link and the article, so the new value - HbiAlertThreshold Dec value = 480 sec - HbiSampleSize Dec value = 200 sec - MaxHeartbeatInterval Dec value = 2700 sec - MinHeartbeatInterval Dec value = 60 sec Can anyone commence on these value? that should be OK right? Also, if the value was set incorrectly; could that cause connectivity issues? as in for example....... I have a client that read then unread 20 message in the his mailbox. When the sync occur on the mobile device, it's sometimes pickup a 3-5 unread e-mail. Would this be the cause of the heartbeat value? Error shown in ISA 2004 server, when problem occur.... - 10054 an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host (from active sync user using mobile device) - a non-SYN packet dropped because it was sent by a source that does not have established connection with the ISA server computer I have increase the ISA 2004, time out from 120 sec to 600 sec Anyone can shed some light into this, any commence would be greatly appreciated !! Thanks
