One of them, F4, opens now the Calendar and I want this changed to Contacts. I have tried ... Outlook must run for you to access your Contacts.

If you want to view or set Calendar / Agenda access rights in Microsoft Exchange 2010 SP1 you can do this very easily with powershell. To view the access rights on a user’s calendar run the following command.

Get-MailboxFolderPermission –Identity **username@organisation.com**:\Agenda (or Calendar depending on your language settings)
To set access rights for a specific user on another users Calendar run the following command.
Set-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity **username@organisation.com**:\Agenda -AccessRights
Owner –User **Alias** –Confirm (or Calendar depending on your language settings)
