Hey Guys

Is it possible to disable basic auth for exchange online ?

I only want users to be able to access inbox through certificates.
Cert based auth works, but then it does not prevent user from entering their upn and password into their phones, and access emails.

It sounds like you already have AD FS up and running, and if so, all you have to do is change the authentication method in ADFS.

- Open AD FS Management
- Select Authentication Methods
- Edit Extranet and Intranet to only have Certificate Authentication

This change is immediate, so expect phone calls

You many want to check if your tenant is turned on for Modern Authentication only.

That said, is the question more on preventing users from connecting to O365 ?
