We have discovered two users who are sending huge amounts of email to each other internally. We wish to disable their email but still allow them to use Outlook for Calendar & Contacts.

I have added both users the Reject Messages From list in the SMTP connector (Disables sending to external recipients) however am wondering how I disable them from sending to each other also. I can just remove the Exchange server from their Email accounts in Outlook but i am wondering if I can do this from the server just in case they discover how to add their account back into Outlook.

Any help would be appreciated.

well, try to configure individual users storage limits.... check out their mail box size and accordingly set the appropriate size limit for prohibit send and receive option...
