I am looking for a good distribution list management software. Have any ideas? We have several locations (over 20)with several departments at each location. The way they originally set it up was to have DLs for each department at each site which are hidden. Then we have a single DL for each department that includes all of the hidden dls. The problem is that personel changes. I am not sure how to allow the DL owner (who will be at the seperate locations)to modify a hidden list. We only have two Exchange servers at the corporate office.

The owners of the DLs can modify their membership using Outlook 2000.

In their mailbox:
Tools>Address Book
Select DL and do Properties.

how can you allow the users to modify the DL using Outlook 2000 as it wont let you edit the e-mail address. if there is a way they can edit the e-mail addresses on the list that will be great
