Dear

I can't send mail to yahoo from my exchange mrxxx.org

first i can send mail to yahoo but receive in spam yahoo folder..

is my domain has a bad reputation level...how to increase domain level from exchange..

I'm Using MCafee GroupShield..

Domains do not get a bad reputation. Hosts do. Therefore if your DNS is not configured correctly, or you are sending email that looks like spam then you will get flagged as such.
Sending email from a dynamic IP address, lack of reverse DNS etc, can all get you flagged.
