Is there a way to tweak Exchange 2K server to access Drive M:? I would like to view all of the folders under a user's mailbox.

Thanks in advance.

You will need to give more detail as to what it is you are trying to do. In a typical MS Network, the mapping of the M: drive should be no problem. Is the Server that the M drive resides on, on the same network, same domain? Does the users account that is logged into the server have permissions to access the M Drive? Please provide more detail in terms of what it is you are trying to do.

We are migrating from one EXCH 2K server to
another EXCH 2K server in the same domain and network and the 1st mail server allows access to the folders/user folders under the M drive.
Access is denied on the 2nd mail server to the folders under the M Drive. We moved mailboxes from the 1st server to the 2nd server and the 1st is currently the main server for SMTP traffic. I understand that it is normal not to access the M: drive, but how do you tweak the access?

Thanks.

I am in a sumular situation. I migrated from a smaller less powerfull server to a new server. Same domain and same version of Exchange 2000. I was able to access all the folders on the "M" drive on my old server, but not on the new one. The install process was the same on both servers. Any help would be great. Thanks!
