I see this problem is happening for others as well and I cannot seem to find an answer to the problem.

One e-mail address in our small organization is receiving 100's of NDR reports. Lets say the address is jane.doe@mycompany.com  the NDR will show something like From: "Bvglari Wathes" <jane.doe@mycompany.com>

The IMF is catching most of these but amny are getting through to the employee where the name matches the address. We have all filtering turned on and cannot see how this is happening. We do not see any ques filling up and cannot see where these messages are being sent from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In all likelihood the messages are not coming from your system.  See if this description helps you understand what is probably happening.
