Hi all,

We have an exchange server (2003) with signature and disclaimer script (using SMTP onarrival sink) which is working properly, and which is gathering employee information from our HR database (multi-languages signature depending on e-mail body).

Presently we are migrating to Exchange 2010.

Is there any way to implement such functionality in Exchange 2010 other than third-party tools ?, can we integrate our script with built-in Exchange 2010 signature facility (transport hub) to get data from HR database ?

Unfortunately no.
You have to rewrite your script (to make it a Transport Agent) or to use a third-party tool.

Thank you so much Victor,

I manageed to create transport agents and working fine with interenal mails (with RoutingAgentFactory) and Incoming mails (with SmtpReceiveAgentFactory).

But I am not able to create a transport agent for outgoing mails, as I could not find a class similar to "SmtpSendAgentFactory"/"SmtpSendAgent"

Any ideas ?
